Setbacks - Shattered Dreams

We all carry with us images and dreams of the way we would like things to be. But we face a great difficulty in this country - that is, attempting to superimpose these European dreams of 'a green and pleasant land' on to the driest continent on earth.
In six strikingly graphic
installations - Bushfire, Flood, Drought, Prickly Pear,
Rabbits, Renewal - we abruptly confront the dramatic effect of
the Australian climate on early and recent settlers in both country and city.
